Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Amazing Lash Studio memberships and retail products Answer phones, book appointments, and enthusiastically greet every guest Make outbound calls, send texts, and email guests daily to drive conversions Create a warm, welcoming environment and respond quickly to guest needs Maintain a membership sales closing rate of 40%+ and collaborate with fellow Lash Consultants Keep the lobby and studio public areas clean, organized, and guest-ready Partner with the Marketing Team on lead conversion strategies Responsibly open and close the studio - this is a key holder position!
Requirements
