Position Type: Seasonal (April - September 2026) Position Overview The Aberdeen IronBirds, a member of the MLB Draft League and owned by Attain Sports, operate in founders Bill Ripken and Cal Ripken, Jr.'s home town.
The IronBirds are excited to offer career opportunities for new or experienced sports professionals.

Must be able to stand for long periods of time (3-5 hours)
Must be in good physical condition in order to perform this job.
Must be 16 and Older (Ages 16 -17 must provide work permit)
Aptitude to operate required equipment
Ability to work and think independently and act with sound judgment
Must possess strong communication skills, an outgoing and positive attitude, and enjoy interaction with fans.
Highly motivated, able to work with others in stressful situations
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability and willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays per needs of the business- up to 40 hours per week from April-September (flexible based on school schedule)
