About the role

Project Finance provides clients with a broad range of financial advisory and debt structuring for large-scale, infrastructure projects.
The team works across several asset classes including LNG, renewables, storage, hydro, transmission, data centers, thermal power, greenfield and acquisition financing.
Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained.

Prepare credit applications and other documents to obtain internal approval to finance Natural Resources and Power & Infrastructure project finance transactions
Perform execution of arranger, agent and Financial Advisory work
Collaborate with the Team Leader to establish a business strategy for Natural Resources and Power & Infrastructure client accounts
Develop relationships with top-tier and emerging developers active in the Natural Resources and Power & Infrastructure space
Collaborate with the

Perform the necessary research and analytics (including financial statement analysis and cash flow modeling) required for deal execution
Perform other duties as required or assigned
BS, MS or LLM degree with a strong quantitative background, or other relevant work experience
1-3 years of experience in Project Finance
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

The expected base salary ranges from $110K - $130k.
Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained.
In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
