Responsibilities
- Lead the Integrated IA&F Function
- Lead Insights, Analytics and Forecasting as one integrated organisation with clear accountability and strong delivery
- Build a high-performing team and develop future leaders across all three capability areas
- Ensure the function delivers measurable business impact
- Build Capability and Lead Transformation
- Build organisational agility, experimentation and digital fluency
- Coach leaders, strengthen the talent pipeline and lead change effectively
- Experience leading change, transformation and capability building at scale
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and develop others

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in science, business or a related field
- Experience with AI-enabled analytics, digital tools and modern data ecosystems
Compensation
- The annual base pay for this position ranges from $218,329 to $327,494.

- Modernise the function through AI, automation and scalable data products
- Significant pharmaceutical industry experience, including commercial strategy, insights, analytics or forecasting
- Proven leadership of multi-disciplinary teams across Insights, Analytics and Forecasting
- Strong strategic thinking, business acumen and ability to shape portfolio and brand decisions
- Track record of influencing senior stakeholders and translating analysis into action
