About the role
- You'll work across every function at Rogo to define and craft how Rogo looks, feels, and flows.
Responsibilities
- Own product areas across Rogo's surfaces end-to-end, from scoping and design through launch and iteration
- Own the experience across Rogo's product: the core application, search, the document and file experience, and the tools and plugins our users work in every day
- Drive information architecture, flows, and the last ten percent of polish in close partnership with design
- Prototype and build to figure out what is worth shipping. We prototype in design or code (everyone here builds with AI) far more than we write long specs, then partner closely with engineering and design to bring it to life and unblock the team continuously
- Strong product management or startup product experience. You've shipped polished, design-forward software, ideally at a high-growth startup or a best-in-class product company
- Exceptional product and visual taste, with strong information-architecture instincts and a natural partnership with design. You create experiences people love to use
- Deep intuition for LLMs and genuine excitement for turning AI capabilities into great interfaces, with hands-on experience building with AI
