About the role
- In partnership with internal and external customers, the Staff Associate works with individuals in a way that ensures that evidence-based practice is understandable and measurable.
- He/she works to ensure a shared sense of purpose in creating both value for the customer and the committed involvement of nursing staff at all levels.
- The Staff Associate serves as a leader and mentor both in the department and throughout OSUWMC.

Nice to have
- Doctoral degree preferred (PhD, DNP).
- 8 years of relevant experience required.
- 12 or more years of relevant experience preferred.
- Licensed to practice as a registered nurse in the State of Ohio.
- Experience in leading evidence-based practice change initiatives on a microsystem & macrosystem level.
- Skilled in program planning, project management, and leading nursing and interdisciplinary teams
