About the role
- BDS is a global leader in the development, production, maintenance and enhancement of fixed-wing and rotary wing aircraft, commercial and government satellites, human spaceflight programs and weapons.
- Key markets include aeronautics, space and weapons.
- This position is expected to be 100% onsite.
Responsibilities
- Manages Risk, Issues and Opportunities for the assigned projects.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience leading through influence and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives
- 3+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data.
- 1+ year of experience in managing and facilitating in-person and virtual meetings
- Experience in a role that required teaming and collaboration skills, and ability to work well with a geographically dispersed cross-functional and matrix team
- To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
- This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.
- An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required

- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Experience with RIO (Risks, Issues and Opportunities processes and tools
- Active Secret clearance is preferred.

Compensation
- Mid-Level (Level 3) $94,350 - $127,650
- Senior (Level 4) $118,150 - $159,850
