About the role
- This position reports to the Director of Business Operations and is based in the Greenway office.
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on business needs and the individual's development within the role.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and visualizations that provide meaningful business insights.
- Partner with business leaders to understand reporting requirements and key performance indicators.
- Create standardized reporting solutions that improve visibility into operational performance.
- Validate and reconcile information between systems of record and reporting platforms.
- Support the development and maintenance of data standards, definitions, and reporting practices.
- Partner with the Systems Integrations Lead to identify opportunities to automate manual, repetitive, or error-prone business processes.
- Support the implementation, testing, validation, and adoption of automation solutions within approved business processes.
- Develop reporting and performance metrics that measure the effectiveness of implemented automation solutions.
- Document process changes and support end-user training and change management activities.
- Support Operational Excellence initiatives through analytics, reporting, and performance measurement.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Experience working with business intelligence and reporting platforms such as Power BI or similar tools.
- Experience designing, implementing, and supporting workflow automation solutions.
- Strong understanding of data management, data quality, and reporting best practices.
