Responsibilities
- Job Description The Asset and Account Application Support Team supports various applications in CWM(Canadian Wealth Management) & USWM ( US Wealth Management).
- In this role you will be responsible to support various CWMT applications, coordination with offshore/onshore support team and closely working with QA, DEV, various enterprise teams and business users.
- Work with AAP Support Team to achieve quality application support.
- Be responsible and working with other teams to manage and maintains applications servers and infrastructure needs, maintaining server cyber hygiene.
- Collaborate with teams to achieve quality support and ensure initiatives are effectively integrated into RBC procedures and processes.
