About the role
- The Director of Operational Accounting & Analysis would serve as the coordinator for accounting changes/updates that impact the faciity level accounting staff and reporting/monitoring of facility based process.
- This position also has the responsibility of coordinating with Operations leadership at the Home Office to produce standardized reporting for both monthly operations reviews and daily operational reporting needs.
- The Director of Operational Accounting & Analysis will facilitate coordination with the Dell, Conifer and Tenet IT departments on implementation of Tenet's standard financial systems into newly acquired Tenet faciilities.
Responsibilities
- This position coordinates all Accounting support for Operations including policies & procedures, accounting processes and systems support, chart of accounts, bad debt processes and other items as needed.
