  • Positioned at the intersection of product, engineering, and partnerships, we focus on technical operational execution and optimization with financial ecosystem partners.
  • We drive smooth technical onboarding and implementation with financial partners, we manage the ongoing engagement between Stripe and its partners, and we monitor and optimize stringent quality and performance targets.

Responsibilities

  • Partner Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key financial ecosystem partners, serving as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries and operational support.
  • Technical Integration: Collaborate closely with partners to define and implement successful integrations, ensuring all technical requirements are met and projects are delivered on time.
  • Incident Management: Assist in incident resolution by coordinating with internal teams to manage partner communications effectively and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Proven ability to drive medium to large-sized technical projects in collaboration with external partners and cross-functional internal stakeholders.
  • Regularly drive technical reviews to improve partner performance.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary to meet partner needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in partner management, technical project management, or business operations, especially managing external partnerships.
  • Experience with payment technologies and ecosystems
  • That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone's reach while doing the most important work of your career.
  • We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role.

Nice to have

  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in SQL and XML is preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in an unstructured, fast-moving environment.
  • While you would be welcome to come into the office for team/business meetings, on-sites, meet-ups, and events, our expectation is you would regularly work from home rather than a Stripe office.

Compensation

  • The annual US base salary range for this role is $134,800 - $202,200.

Benefits

  • Establish Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and performance standards for partner accounts, leveraging metrics and data analysis to monitor and improve partner health and satisfaction.
