- Build foundations, install floor beams, lay sub flooring and erect walls and roof systems
- Construct, erect, install, maintain or repair various structures concerned with the construction and maintenance of edifices, facilities, and systems resulting in successful project completion.
Requirements
- 5 years commercial construction experience
- Must posses the ability to match existing surfaces in materials, texture and appearance.
- Interpret blueprints with a high degree of accuracy, verify measurements, determine the integrity of the plans and report mistakes or omissions
