Must be capable of working on projects over/above head, as well as bending, kneeling, crawling in/around attics, crawl spaces, etc.
Ability to organize and prioritize tasks
Ability to train and lead teams
Positive, flexible attitude and willingness to learn
Physically able to do the work

With direction from supervisor, develop an annual personal spiritual growth plan
