About the role
- We are looking for a sharp, tenacious, and creative Field Engineer to help with the development and implementation of AgZen's product portfolio.
- This role is at the intersection of agrochemical spraying, science, and engineering.
- Strong communication and organizational skills are a must.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment following safety guidelines, while maintaining detailed field records along the way
- Collaborate with AgZen's technical team and manufacturing team to communicate customer needs

Requirements
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in agronomy, crop sciences, mechanical engineering, environmental science, electrical engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 2+ years of work experience in a related field
- Ability to understand and interact with agricultural equipment and technology
- Ability to work well in a highly collaborative and multidisciplinary environment
- Ability to work outdoors for extended periods in heat and humidity
- You are passionate, genuinely curious, and innovative
- You have unwavering personal integrity and work ethic
- You are proactive, productive, and complete tasks promptly
- You are adaptable and excel working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Nice to have
- Previous field experience is a plus for this position.
