About the role

Small Girls PR is seeking a Senior Account Executive or Account Supervisor (based on experience) who has developed strong media relationships and has a track record of success securing meaningful placements.
There is no one-size-fits-all for an SGPR client which means your career will be further enriched with meaningful and diversified experience.
Note: This role is based in our NYC office, working two days a week in the office on a hybrid schedule.

Work along-side client leads to contribute ideas towards viral campaign moments, and then bring them to life
Establish and maintain warm relationships with consumer media across print, digital, podcasts, substacks, and broadcast outlets, leading to regular placements as well as feature stories.
Help us develop strategies and relationships to earn placements in social media channels, like Hypebeast's TikTok
Manage up to senior leaders, sharing recommendations for areas of growth for team members or clients they work with to support the overall growth of the team and larger business
This role will support higher-level client communications for projects, lead call and meeting efforts for the team and participate in strategy discussions both behind-the-scenes and with clients in the consumer lifestyle space.

You have a minimum of 3-5+ years of relevant experience (agency experience or fast-paced startup background preferred) ideally a true generalist that leans in the lifestyle and consumer tech spaces.

As a result, we have a set salary threshold for each role to ensure our teams are compensated equitably.
Depending on experience and title, the salary threshold is $80,000-$92,500.
