Responsibilities
- Have strong relationships with partners, senior PMs, principals and capital markets professionals at the clients you cover and to work collaboratively with product partners in trading and structuring to deliver creative solutions for your client base.
- Drive sales growth by creating new / developing existing relationships
- Strong interpersonal skills for developing new client relationships and communicating various DB teams in a fast-paced environment

Skills
- Series 7 & 63
- Proficient experience in Fixed Income
- Be a team player - anticipating and solving problems for the group
- Have a consistent sense of urgency around doing his or her best - day in and day out
- Strong communication skills to persuade investors to purchase DB services
- Detail oriented and driven to succeed in a complex, fast moving environment
- Ability to multi-task, and work in a fast-paced, time sensitive work environment
