About the role

Responsibilities
- Maintain clean work space and 5S Standards in work area.
- Perform mold changeovers.
- Maintain Lean initiatives and participate in lean projects.
- Perform Scale set-up and operation of scales.
- Utilize SAP to manage LRP labels and documents.
- Provide support to Production Supervisor as needed.
- Perform LOTO (lock out/tag out) of any unsafe equipment.
Requirements
- Operate Assembly or package equipment as required per product specifications and/or work instructions.
- Clean injection molds as required per work instructions.
- Perform color changes and material lots as required, and complete traceability documentation.
- Complete production and workstation documentation as required.
- Retrieve required documentation out of TMS to assist with quality related decisions.
- Perform line clearances as required.
Skills
- High School Diploma, GED or Injection Molding Machine Experience required
- Basic math skills
- PC Skills
- Work Environment
- Works in a clean manufacturing and warehouse environment that may include moderate noise levels
- Able to frequently lift up to 35 lbs
Compensation
- $20.00 USD - $30.00 USD Hourly plus 10% Night Shift Differential (This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.
- This range may be modified in the future.)
- SHIFT SCHEDULE: 12-Hour, Rotating Shifts (2-2-3 Rotating Schedule, requiring work every other weekend) from 6:00 PM to 6:15 AM
- The APU Cell Leader is responsible for supporting cell team members in the startup, operation and TPM maintenance of molding and assembly equipment and the packaging of packaging of molded and/or assembled components per company and customer specifications.
