About the role

  • Summary The Senior Financial Analyst provides financial analysis and guidance to the finance and operations teams of the company.

  • Develop and maintain financial models to support business forecasting and planning processes.
  • Provide financial support for business decision-making by evaluating financial performance and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational improvements and cost savings initiatives.
  • Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis and support special projects as needed.
  • Develop and maintain financial reporting tools to provide visibility into business performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role
  • Must have excellent problem solving and decision making skills; with demonstrated experience of ability to problem solve, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • High degree of dependability and reliability are essential.
  • Expertise in financial modeling and analysis, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling tools.
  • Experience in construction or real estate industry preferred, but not required

Compensation

  • Pay range: $115-$120K plus benefits
