This role is ideal for a hands on CDP practitioner who can manage data pipelines, define audience logic, and operationalize customer data across marketing and lifecycle channels to drive measurable engagement and performance.

This role requires a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing with 5+ years of experience in customer data platforms and 1+ years experience leading projects and enhancements for customer data platforms.

The pay range for this position is $102,600.00 - $165,375.00; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
