About the role
- Job Description: Supply Chain Director Americas Huntsman is seeking a Supply Chain Director Americas supporting the ADMAT Division located in The Woodlands, Texas.
- This position will report to the Americas Leadership Team.
- Job Scope The Supply Chain Director Americas is responsible for leading and optimizing all supply chain activities across the Americas region.
Responsibilities
- This role drives strategic supply chain initiatives that support business objectives, with a strong focus on free cash flow, order fulfillment, capacity planning, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in a senior leadership role within Supply Chain or a comparable business environment.
- 2+ years of global supply chain experience.
- Proven experience driving business transformation and implementing organizational change.
- Strong understanding of business operations, including P&L and balance sheet structures and key performance drivers.
- You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.
