- Data Entry Process and review invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports for accuracy and completeness.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records and documentation.
Requirements
- Ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- The most important things we are looking for in a potential candidate are organizational skills, office experience, and computer literacy. Strong preference will be given to those with accounting experience.
