About the role

  • We're looking for a driven and resourceful Full-Stack Engineer to join us on our mission.
  • Reporting to the Director of Product Engineering, you'll solve challenging technical problems with real-world impact in a rapidly evolving environment where ambiguity is the norm, not the exception.
  • In this role you'll help translate complex operational needs into reliable technical implementations while partnering closely with cross-functional teams.

  • You will work alongside operations, clinical, compliance, and product teams to build solutions that work in the real world.

  • Sitting at the intersection of engineering and product execution, you'll design and build technology that is core to the families we serve and to how Abby Care operates.

Requirements

  • Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, satisfactory references, and any required documentation.

Nice to have

  • 2+ years of professional software engineering experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong proficiency working with TypeScript and Python.
  • Proven experience with Web and API development.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud architectures and platforms (such as AWS).
  • Prior experience in product-led development is highly preferred.
  • Startup experience is strongly preferred.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
