About the role

We're looking for a driven and resourceful Full-Stack Engineer to join us on our mission.
Reporting to the Director of Product Engineering, you'll solve challenging technical problems with real-world impact in a rapidly evolving environment where ambiguity is the norm, not the exception.
In this role you'll help translate complex operational needs into reliable technical implementations while partnering closely with cross-functional teams.

You will work alongside operations, clinical, compliance, and product teams to build solutions that work in the real world.

Sitting at the intersection of engineering and product execution, you'll design and build technology that is core to the families we serve and to how Abby Care operates.

Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, satisfactory references, and any required documentation.

2+ years of professional software engineering experience in a fast-paced environment.
Strong proficiency working with TypeScript and Python.
Proven experience with Web and API development.
Hands-on experience with cloud architectures and platforms (such as AWS).
Prior experience in product-led development is highly preferred.
Startup experience is strongly preferred.
A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
