About the role
- Allstar Services is expanding across the Midwest and we're hiring a Field Superintendent to "run the show" in the field.

Responsibilities
- 2+ years in a leadership role (Field Superintendent, Production Manager, Foreman, Lead Installer, etc.)
- This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with deep residential roofing installation experience who can manage crews, drive quality, and keep jobs moving on schedule.
- Eligibility to drive a company vehicle is determined based on these reviews, and an unsatisfactory MVR or background investigation may affect driving privileges, vehicle assignment, or employment eligibility.
Requirements
- 5+ years of residential roofing installation experience (asphalt shingles, standard systems)
- Experience managing multiple crews/jobs and maintaining quality across sites
- Strong working knowledge of roofing best practices, jobsite flow, and punch/closeout
- Familiarity with production tools, inspections, or job tracking systems
- ability to travel within Midwest markets as needed
Nice to have
- Experience with storm restoration / high-volume residential operations preferred
- Experience scaling new markets or standardizing crew processes preferred
Compensation
- $70k-$80k
