Responsibilities
- Review and manage proof of claims, final cure notices, attorney referrals, case closures, and related bankruptcy processes.
- Perform operational and quality review activities to ensure accuracy and compliance standards are met.
- Identify, document, and escalate quality issues and process concerns as appropriate.
- Partner with internal teams and third-party vendors to support effective bankruptcy servicing operations.
- Helping the customers and businesses we serve to make better and smarter financial decisions and enabling the communities we support to grow and succeed.
Requirements
- Applicants must be able to comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and related workplace conduct and safety policies.
Nice to have
- Call center experience.
- Customer service experience within banking or financial services.
- Experience working with bankruptcy, collections, default servicing, loan servicing, or legal-related processes.
- Experience handling sensitive customer situations with professionalism and empathy.
