About the role
- Engineered Medical Systems (EMS) is a full-service medical device manufacturer dedicated to precision, innovation, and quality.
- The CNC Machinist III will operate, set up, and program jobs on CNC equipment (i.e., Mills, Lathes, Swiss, EDM, and mill-turn) to manufacture medical components from raw materials.

- The CNC Machinist III will have expertise on a specific type of equipment or be well-versed in multiple types of equipment.
- Set-up and operate machines.
- Interpret blueprints, including GD&T.
- Effectively troubleshoot machining issues in a machining environment.
- Inspect product per the inspection plans.
- Deburr parts, if needed.
- Participate in ongoing process improvements Report any non-conforming parts to Supervisor.
