About the role
- Reporting to the Chief Investment Officer, the Executive Assistant, Investments serves as a trusted administrative and operational partner to the CIO and Investments team.
- This role manages executive scheduling, meeting coordination, travel, presentations, events, and departmental operations while supporting efficient team execution and collaboration across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Executive and Team Support
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination for the CIO and Investments team.
- Prepare and format presentations, reports, briefing materials, correspondence, and other business documents.
- Support development of investment committee materials, board presentations, and executive communications.
- Maintain departmental files, records, and organizational systems.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Investments team.
- Support vendor coordination, procurement requests, and administrative processes.
- Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, attendee communications, registration, and materials preparation.
- Support organization-wide events in partnership with Administration and People & Culture.
- Partner with Administration on office operations and event coordination.
Requirements
- Required Skills and Abilities
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Compensation
- The salary range for this role is $117,715.00 - $132,549.00. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and overall qualifications.
- This role is eligible for bonus or incentive compensation.
