About the role

Overview Moments Hospice recognizes the important role of the Hospice Aide on the hospice team.
The CNA Coordinator is a member of the office administrative staff and assists in other tasks as needed.
The CNA coordinator will be responsible for the schedule and mapping of all CNA schedules.

Outpatient Scheduling Experience required
At least two years' experience in Hospice care or Homecare with strong communication and organizational skills.
Must have reliable automobile, valid driver's license, and the minimum state required liability auto Insurance.
the ability to read, write and carry out directions, maturity and the ability to deal effectively with the demands of the job
Required Certification/Licensure:
Certified in state(s) practicing as a Nurse's Aide, or Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA), or Certified Geriatric Nurse's Aide (CGNA). Can be a non-aide if the administrative team agrees on the candidate's qualifications.
A compassionate attitude toward the care of the sick
Minimum of one year data entry, word processing and/or medical records maintenance experience in a medical or healthcare customer service environment.
Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills with both internal and external customers.

Preferred graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing Program or accredited School of Vocational Nursing
Knowledge of Home Care Home Base EMR system
HCHB EMR experience preferred
Board Certified Hospice and Palliative Nursing Assistant (CHPNA).(Preferred)

Attention to detail, along with excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multi-task, worker under pressure with changing priorities and short deadlines.
Excellent computer skills.
