The Lead Doctoral Faculty Mentor (LDFM) supports doctoral students/candidates as they complete their Dissertation in Practice (DiP) for the EdD program.
Reporting to the EdD Program Director and the LDFM Leadership Team, the LDFM ensures that the doctoral student/candidate designs a feasible study and executes a quality applied
This is a year-round program with continuous support.

Attend live training sessions
Review semester modules and action items in the LDFM Canvas LMS course
Submit required administrative forms each semester to formally document student progression in the program
Earned doctorate in related field
Published or have experience working with students who have published the 5-chapter dissertation model
Established publication and presentation record
Research and academic writing skills
Strong familiarity with APAStrong data analysis skills (qualitative, quantitative, and/or mixed methods)
