Responsibilities
- Client Delivery & Project Support
- Support the delivery of communications measurement and insight projects across a variety of industries and client accounts
- Support onboarding activities for new client projects by helping document project requirements and delivery plans
- Support senior team members in developing strategic recommendations based on communications performance
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar technologies to support research, summarize information, and improve analytical workflows
- Maintain organized project documentation using CRM and file management systems
- Collaborate with colleagues across Insight & Consultancy, Commercial, Customer Success, and Production teams to support successful project delivery
- Communicate project updates and raise questions or risks promptly when support is needed
- Participate in training to build expertise in communications measurement, consulting, and media intelligence
- Support the development of internal knowledge resources and best practices
Requirements
- Experience with media monitoring or communications measurement platforms such as Muck Rack, Brandwatch, Cision, or similar tools
Skills
- Muck Rack is the leading SaaS platform for public relations and communications professionals.
Compensation
- In the US, the base salary for this role is between $70,000 and $80,000.
- We take a geo-neutral approach to compensation within the US, meaning that we pay based on job function and level, not location.
- For all other countries, we have competitive pay bands based on market standards.
- Individual compensation decisions are based on a number of factors, including experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company.
- If that ends up being the case, the updated salary range will be communicated with you as a candidate.
