Responsibilities
- Collaborate with co-counsel, opposing counsel, and other law firms involved in litigation
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active Tennessee State Bar membership required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Provide assistance with overflow tasks and special projects as required
- Hands-on courtroom and litigation experience with support from a dedicated team of paralegals and docket managers
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury litigation or probate; mass tort or probate experience a plus
- Strong client-facing communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; PACER and Excel experience helpful
