Lead and monitor the approval process (proto, sample, and all components) to ensure all samples arrive on time Manage Sample Tracker Manage WIP report Support cost negotiation with vendors Enter and manage all cost and cost breakdown into Exenta Support in sending and confirming PO's to vendors for all orders Manage PO's in Exenta Coordinate shipments and track the production orders to maintain on time delivery Closely follow up and track all test reports Support approving UPC tickets, care labels & other vendor sourced labels/trims
