You will manage a portfolio of clients and serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness.
Manage large, named, key client accounts
Manage all services provided to assigned clients including monthly financial statement delivery, tax returns and related deliverables.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
Collaborate with the internal teams to introduce clients to new offerings and value-added services.
