About the role

We combine software, advanced materials, and a local digital factory to produce high-mix, low-volume furniture and lighting on demand.
You'll work closely with Product, Marketing, Sales and Software to shape how Gantri looks, feels, and communicates at every touchpoint.

Own and evolve Gantri's brand identity, visual language, and design system across all channels and touchpoints
Build, lead, and mentor a lean creative team spanning brand design, digital design, and creative
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Software to ensure design consistency and excellence
Establish and maintain creative standards, processes, and guidelines that scale with the company
Partner with external collaborators, including photographers, directors, agencies to produce world-class creative work
Guide product identity of Gantri's catalog of original designs
