Responsibilities
- Source candidates: proactively source, manage inbound, utilize your network and referrals to find and close top talent
- Partner directly with our executives and run every search like an executive search
- Experience hiring sourced candidates from your own direct outreach
- Build AI tools, agents, or automations that redefined how you operate
- Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Requirements
- Run full-cycle searches for all roles you work on, from kickoff with the hiring leader to close
Compensation
- The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role.
- Competitive compensation package, including equity.
- The San Francisco, CA base salary range for this role is $176,000 - $215,000 plus annual bonus.
- Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location.
- Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location.
