Responsibilities
- General administrative duties performed may include: logging/distributing correspondence and check deposits, maintenance for office of supervisory jurisdiction and client files, office supply management (including maintenance of equipment), processing expense submissions-tracking-approvals, initiating maintenance requests, schedule wholesalers and support branch seminar series/events.
- Responsible for Reception support: answering phones during regular business hours, greeting clients-prospects.
- Practice Support duties may include: delivery of Ameriprise Client Experience for clients of one or more practices.
- As a Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting all administrative responsibilities for front desk support and provide practice management support for one or more advisors or leaders.

Requirements
- Associate (2-year) degree or equivalent
- 1-3 years Relevant Experience Required

Nice to have
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- Understanding of business basics (profitability, negotiation), ability to work directly with clients to understand, resolve and detail any and all requests, informational updates and concerns.
