Lead, coach, and develop the Service team while driving accountability for safety, quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Manage department operations, including financial performance, staffing, training, scheduling, fleet, equipment, and day-to-day service processes.
Build trusted customer relationships through regular visits, proactive communication, and effective problem resolution while supporting business growth.
Partner with branch leadership, sales, manufacturers, and the Safety team to improve operations, maintain compliance, and deliver outstanding service.
