About the role
- In-person BCBA supervision and a home base clinic so you're supported throughout your day.
- You'll spend time on your feet, on the floor, and actively engaging with children throughout the day.
- You should be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and responding quickly to movement as needed.

Requirements
- No weekends required
- RBT certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days - paid training provided)
- Experience working with children in structured or caregiving settings required (ABA, childcare, education, or related fields)
- Ability to think on your feet, stay engaged, and create a positive, interactive environment for children
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Reliable transportation
Compensation
- $18.00-$24.00/hour depending on experience and RBT certification level
- Higher starting rates available for experienced RBTs
