Responsibilities
- Develops new strategies and programs to streamline the onboarding and offboarding process
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Please note, volunteers are expected to actively participate in fundraising initiatives, including engaging with their personal and professional networks to help support ARO's mission and programs.
Requirements
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Must be available to volunteer 10-15 hours a week

Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field a plus.
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential preferred.
