  • Hiring Range: $56,000 to $75,000; salary dependent on experience and education.

Responsibilities

  • Event & Project Operations: Manage administrative logistics for classroom visits, guest speaker sessions, clinics, auditions, bootcamps, and campus career fairs.
  • Career Community Leadership: Lead an assigned career community sector, partnering with department chairs to align resources with evolving industry trends.
  • Employer Connections: Collaborate with Industry Engagement teams to cultivate internship and job opportunities, connecting students with global employers and alumni.
  • Instructional Skills: Demonstrated experience in curriculum design, course facilitation, and teaching across in-person and online formats.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in career services, recruiting, or performing arts/entertainment industries.
