Responsibilities
- Provide immediate support to resolve non-critical data center tickets using critical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Identify, manage, and oversee all third-party maintenance, landscaping, housekeeping, and other property management related vendors and contractors.
- Manage and coordinate non-critical Property Management Preventive and Corrective Maintenance at each data center.
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with various company departments to ensure issues are resolved in a timely and effective manner.
- Develop favorable professional relationships and maintain ongoing communication with vendors and contractors, landlords, tenants, Fire Marshall's, State and Federal Inspectors.
- Manage complaints and tenant needs.
- Provide support for EPA compliance related activities, as needed.
- Self-starter and can manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
- Superb ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects/responsibilities successfully.
Requirements
- Complete vendor report card evaluations for vendors as required.
- can cover all gamut of tasks required to 'getting a job done.'

- Ability to interact effectively with Regional Directors and managers, landlords, tenants, vendors, inspectors, and co-workers.
Compensation
- Associates degree and 3 or more years of experience in facility operations or property management related functions.
- Experience with trouble ticketing systems and Method-of-Procedure processes.
- Ability to recommend improvements to processes and systems used for tracking vendor and non-critical related maintenance activities.
- Experience with CMMS systems.
- Ability to manage and negotiate favorable vendor contracts.
- Experience in the Data Center industry, Construction, or Real Estate environments a plus.
