Partner closely with commercial leadership to understand & report on hiring needs, as well as train our internal hiring managers on recruitment processes and effective candidate evaluation
Hire, train and manage Recruiting Coordinators & Associates
Conduct first round interviews to determine candidate viability and support candidate progression throughout the evaluation and hiring process for programs across our U.S. region
Together, we help our clients access expert knowledge, elevate their decision-making and drive progress by connecting them with niche experts across the world.
As a Campus Recruitment Manager in our New York office, you will work with a scaling team to drive all parts of the recruitment life-cycle to hire top-tier, entry-level talent.

Proven academic excellence (evidenced by a Bachelor's or higher degree, and an undergraduate GPA of 3.3 or above)
What You Can Expect

$110,000 fixed annual base salary, plus opportunity to earn performance based bonus (target 5-10%)
401(k) match - 4% of your total compensation matched dollar-for-dollar
Prime midtown office with state-of-the-art amenities
Option to WFH Thursday and Friday
