Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with commercial leadership to understand & report on hiring needs, as well as train our internal hiring managers on recruitment processes and effective candidate evaluation
  • Hire, train and manage Recruiting Coordinators & Associates
  • Conduct first round interviews to determine candidate viability and support candidate progression throughout the evaluation and hiring process for programs across our U.S. region
  • Together, we help our clients access expert knowledge, elevate their decision-making and drive progress by connecting them with niche experts across the world.
  • As a Campus Recruitment Manager in our New York office, you will work with a scaling team to drive all parts of the recruitment life-cycle to hire top-tier, entry-level talent.

Requirements

  • Proven academic excellence (evidenced by a Bachelor's or higher degree, and an undergraduate GPA of 3.3 or above)
  • What You Can Expect

Compensation

  • $110,000 fixed annual base salary, plus opportunity to earn performance based bonus (target 5-10%)
  • 401(k) match - 4% of your total compensation matched dollar-for-dollar
  • Prime midtown office with state-of-the-art amenities
  • Option to WFH Thursday and Friday
