Responsibilities
- Repair, refurbish, test, configure, and pack kiosks and kiosks parts to support field replacements or network expansion. Work includes validating and commissioning for deployment.
Requirements
- Must have effective written and verbal communication skills at a business level
Nice to have
- An intimate familiarity with and the ability to use common hand tools, screwdrivers, hammers, multimeters, wrenches, and hand drills.
- Run failure analysis on incoming electrical and mechanical parts and log information into computer-based tracking tools.
- Advanced troubleshooting of programming, power sources, and electrical analysis
- including escalation to engineering.
- Repair, test, and configure PCs and all components for field use.
- Work includes validating and commissioning for deployment.
- Using online tools such as Salesforce to receive part orders and to update critical equipment data.
- Responsible for Quality and final inspections of units prepped or repaired to return to the field.
