Responsibilities

  • Lead business development planning and sales activities within the TPA sector in collaboration with leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for expanding service offerings and develop consultative sales strategies to drive new business.
  • Build, manage, and maintain a structured sales pipeline while tracking progress against strategic goals.
  • Partner with marketing teams to coordinate campaigns, market initiatives, and business development activities.
  • Increase visibility within TPA markets through networking, industry participation, and relationship-building activities.
  • Coach and support sales and account management teams by sharing best practices and improving sales effectiveness.
  • Community Service Day to support charitable and community activities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client growth roles.
  • The ideal candidate will bring strong sales expertise, industry knowledge, and the ability to engage senior stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree required

Compensation

  • Competitive compensation package with an anticipated salary of $140,000 annually plus commission opportunities.
