About the role
- As a member of the Innovation Equipment team, this person will be responsible for managing equipment performance and factory metrics in collaboration with Fab Engineering teams and equipment vendors.
Responsibilities
- Manage OEM vendors performance and provide feedback for support, parts, process improvements and escalate critical business needs in a timely manner.
- Create and maintain report card system to track key supplier performance metrics and drive improvement plans.
- Manage fab wide equipment engineering improvement projects across cross-functional teams and business units.
- Work with fab engineering teams to analyze equipment gap-to-goal and drive initiatives to meet performance metrics.
- Staff/Executive level presentations, proposals and status reports to drive continuous improvement process.
- Communicate, interact and escalate with OEM Executive Leadership for continuous improvement, supply chain issues and technical support.
- Work with equipment analytics and solutions team to interpret data to develop and implement novel solutions for cross functional teams.
- Experience working with OEM vendors (TEL, LAM, AMAT, ASML, etc.) to drive continuous improvement and provide constructive feedback to improve site support.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8+ years experience in Semiconductor industry with previous vendor management experience required.
- Applicants must be authorized to access such information or eligible for government authorization.
Nice to have
- B.S. in mechanical, chemical or electrical engineering preferred.
- Other engineering/manufacturing degrees accepted.
- Knowledge in theory of operations and equipment maintenance preferred.
- PMP or Project Management Certification is a plus
- Programming experience in Python, SQL, HTML is a plus
- Full Stack development and cloud computing experience is a plus.
Skills
- Possess expert understanding of semiconductor equipment and should be capable of shifting focus of individual goals when priorities change.
- Work with multiple engineering teams to reduce inefficiencies using data analysis and lean methodology.
- Skills and Qualifications
- Data analysis and visualization skills in TIBCO Spotfire, or similar software.
Compensation
- The current base salary range for this role is between $70,480 - $179,090.
