About the role
- In this role, you are responsible for the upkeep, repair, and preventive maintenance of all hotel systems, guest rooms, public areas, and food & beverage outlets.
- The ideal candidate takes pride in their craftsmanship, communicates effectively across departments, and views high-quality maintenance as an essential part of the hospitality experience.
- Some evenings or weekends may be needed around key team milestones, events, or employee relations matters.
Responsibilities
- ASH Hotels designs, develops, owns and operates a very special collection of.
- This hands-on role requires both technical expertise and the ability to manage a small team, vendor relationships, all while maintaining the high standards expected of our property.
- We are looking for a professional with a sharp eye for detail who can manage preventive maintenance schedules and address urgent repairs with calm competence.
Requirements
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
Compensation
- Pay Transparency (California Labor Code §432.3) In accordance with California law, the base salary range for this position is $75,000-$95,000 annually.
- Actual compensation will depend on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
- Additional compensation may include performance bonuses and benefits as outlined above.
