- Join a growing Charlotte-based CPA firm as a Client Advisory Services (CAS) Senior, where you'll serve as a trusted advisor to privately held small- and mid-sized businesses.
- This position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000.00-$95,000.00 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities
- Lead the client on-boarding process, including developing financial reports, chart of accounts, and initial revisions.

- In this role, you'll provide outsourced accounting and controllership services, oversee month-end close and financial reporting, mentor junior staff, and partner directly with clients to deliver strategic accounting solutions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience, specifically external client-facing services.
- Experience with various versions of QuickBooks Desktop and Online.
- Excellent attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and meet tight monthly deadlines.
- Experience with business clients $1-$15+ million in revenue.
- Knowledge of federal and state payroll tax requirements.
- Prior experience in training and technical review of staff work.

- This position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000.00-$95,000.00 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
- Prepare/review annual 1099 forms and annual/quarterly payroll tax returns.
