Responsibilities

  • This classification level is responsible for working under general supervision and providing a variety of specialized customer service, clerical and administrative support to single court operations and is cross-trained in service areas such as criminal/traffic, civil/small claims, or probate, guardian conservator and adoption.
  • Performs routing administrative support duties, which include: scheduling and coordinating meetings; processing payments (e.g. fines, fee) and daily deposits.
  • Performs other duties of a similar nature or level.

  • Paid training to develop your skills

Requirements

  • and 3 years related experience
  • Knowledge of state and federal laws;
  • Knowledge of judicial, jail, and court system;

Compensation

  • $40,822.75 annually (Hiring Rate).
  • Immediate Growth: Earn a 2.5% pay increase after successfully completing your probation period (if starting at Hiring Rate).
  • Starting Rate Flexibility: Higher starting pay may be considered based on education and experience, subject to final management approval.
  • Future Increases: Annual cost-of-living adjustments (applied on July 1) are subject to State Legislature approval.
  • 13 paid holidays annually
