About the role

  • Based in our New York City headquarters, you will contribute to the growth and development of our international portfolio of independent luxury hotels while gaining hands-on experience in the luxury hospitality industry.
  • This is a part-time (29 hours per week) position located in New York City from September 2026 - March 2026.
  • We offer flexible workplace policies that allow for working remotely 3 days a week and require being in our NYC office 2 days a week (Wednesdays and Thursdays).

Responsibilities

  • Support with hotel membership admissions process
  • Support with hotel membership development strategy and lead generation
  • Support with marketing material for membership development purposes
  • Support with handling and tracking of all incoming hotel leads and management of qualified prospect pipeline
  • Opportunities to collaborate with teams across Sales, Marketing, and Distribution

Requirements

  • Fast learner and self-motivated with ability to work independently as a team player
  • Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to represent/demonstrate LHW performance drivers

Nice to have

  • Fluency in written and spoken business English
  • additional languages are a plus
  • Understanding of the hotel market, particularly the luxury segment, is a plus

Skills

  • First-hand exposure to the luxury hospitality sector
  • Experience working with a global network of independent hoteliers
  • Training in CRM systems and data-driven project management

Compensation

  • $17.00 per hour
