Responsibilities
- Maintain up-to-date payer contracts and fee schedules for customer accounts.
- Perform data discovery and entry tasks, including formatting spreadsheets and accurately modeling fee schedules.
- Deliver high-quality, detail-oriented work to ensure account readiness.
- Support escalated and complex issues further investigating solution and clearly communicating with stakeholders
- Support other team members during peak times or when additional help is needed.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Every associate is expected - and empowered - to partner with AI to challenge the status quo, accelerate innovation, and amplify their impact.
- This position supports our Client Success Managers and plays a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and successful account readiness.

Nice to have
- Associates degree & 1 year or HS Diploma and 3 yrs
- Experience modeling fee schedules or working with physician and/or hospital billing.
- Requires proficiency using AI tools skillfully with an understanding of how to develop/create intelligent prompts and/or agents.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and support tools.
- Empathy and patience when dealing with clients.
