About the role

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive clinical assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and intake screenings.
  • Manage a small therapy caseload and provide back-up group facilitation as needed.
  • Oversee and support discharge planning processes, incurring coordination of care, appropriate transitions, and accurate documentation of case closure.
  • Ability to manage admissions, level-of-care determinations, and structured discharge planning.

Compensation

  • $85,000-$93,000 per year
