About the role

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive clinical assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and intake screenings.
- Manage a small therapy caseload and provide back-up group facilitation as needed.
- Oversee and support discharge planning processes, incurring coordination of care, appropriate transitions, and accurate documentation of case closure.
- Ability to manage admissions, level-of-care determinations, and structured discharge planning.

Compensation
- $85,000-$93,000 per year
