About the role

This role combines administrative leadership, clinical supervision, and direct client care.

Perform comprehensive clinical assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and intake screenings.
Manage a small therapy caseload and provide back-up group facilitation as needed.
Oversee and support discharge planning processes, incurring coordination of care, appropriate transitions, and accurate documentation of case closure.
Ability to manage admissions, level-of-care determinations, and structured discharge planning.
